FCT aim to recruit further First Class Drivers to join our ever-expanding team of PCO licensed men and women who share our commitment to providing a First Class Experience for our well-appreciated clients.

First Class Transporters function in a way that has been tailored to highlight the many positives of working within the private hire field and eradicate, as much as possible, the negatives. We are very selective about who gets to transport our clients; that’s why no driver who has joined our team of First Class Drivers has ever considered deflecting.

Our application process is rigorous – not every driver that applies is accepted. Every successful applicant will be required to undergo a thorough induction before undertaking any appointments, ensuring that all drivers operate at the same consistent high standard.

We have a number of vacancies across all London Boroughs, and applications are invited from existing PCO-registered drivers who have high quality air-conditioned vehicles – saloon cars, estate cars, executive cars or MPV’s in line with FCT’s transportation specification.

Your Personal Qualities
To fall in line with the standards expected of our drivers, it is crucial that you are well organised, reliable, pleasant, fluent in English, and well presented with good time-keeping skills.
The FCT team of drivers are dedicated to providing a high standard of customer service, which is reflected in our high levels of repeat and referral bookings. The dedication shown is a fundamental part of everything that FCT stands for. To give some indication of the standards that we work to, our current statistics show the Team have hit a 100 % punctuality rate of being 5 minutes earlier than the pickup time.
